وصلة أنبوب المواد عبارة عن مكون يستخدم لتوصيل أنابيب المواد PTFE ، والتي يتم تثبيتها على الجزء الخلفي من الطابعة لتوصيل أنابيب PTFE بين المنطقة العازلة ورأس الأداة.
تركيب وصلات أنابيب المواد له اتجاه واضح للاستخدام. كما هو موضح في الشكل أدناه ، يرجى توصيل أنبوب PTFE في نهاية إخراج المخزن المؤقت بالطرف N وأنبوب PTFE في رأس الأداة بنهاية OUT. لاحظ أن الاتصال العكسي قد يتسبب في تشويش المواد. يرجى التأكد من صحة اتجاه التثبيت ؛
عند عدم استخدام AMS ، يرجى إزالة وصلة أنبوب المواد من نهاية UT ، وفصل وصلة أنبوب المواد عن أنبوب PTFE لرأس الأداة ، وإدخال السلك القابل للاستهلاك مباشرة في أنبوب PTFE لرأس الأداة.

The PTFE Tube Connector is a component used to connect the PTFE tube, which is mounted on the back of the printer and used to connect the PTFE tube between the buffer and the tool head.

Instructions for use
1. The PTFE Tube Connector is designed with a clear direction of use, as shown in the figure below. Connect the PTFE tube from the buffer output to the IN end, and the PTFE tube from the tool head to the OUT end. It is important to note that reverse connections may cause material blockage, so it is essential to ensure that the installation direction is correct.
2. When AMS is not being used, it is necessary to remove the feed tube connector from the OUT end, disconnect the connection between the feed tube connector and the PTFE tube of the tool head, and directly insert the consumable material wire into the PTFE tube of the tool head.
