Official Warranty Policy for Bambu Lab Products


1. Warranty Period:

  • Within Saudi Arabia (Wayto3D customers only): Wayto3D provides a two-year warranty (24 months) on printers and spare parts covered under Saudi Consumer Protection Law.
  • Outside Saudi Arabia (or when purchased directly from Bambu Lab): The official warranty from the parent company Bambu Lab is one year (12 months) for most parts, and three months for some specific parts. Consumable parts are not covered under the warranty.


2. Warranty Coverage Based on Part Type:

Although the official warranty for the printer as a whole is 24 months within Saudi Arabia and 12 months outside, each internal component of the printer is subject to a separate warranty classification determined by the manufacturer Bambu Lab, depending on the part type and function.

  • AMS Hub Cover and Unit
  • AMS 2 Pro Drying System
  • H2D Units (Laser or Cutter)
  • Bed Leveling Knob
  • X-axis Carbon Rods


  • Parts covered for 3 months only:
  • Extruder / Toolhead
  • First Stage Feeder in AMS
  • Internal Hub Motor in AMS
  • Air Assist Tube Coupler
  • AMS Lite Rotating Roller Holders
  • Model Fan


  • Parts not covered under warranty (Consumable Parts):
  • Hotend
  • Nozzle
  • Thermistor / Heater
  • PTFE Tubes
  • All types of print beds (PEI, Textured...)
  • Funnel Unit
  • AMS Blade
  • Lens, Blades, Cleaning Tools
  • Filament or free samples


3. Important Exclusions:

  • Consumable parts are not covered under warranty unless there is a clear manufacturing defect upon receipt.
  • Incorrect use or neglecting maintenance may void the warranty.
  • The warranty period begins from the date of the original invoice issuance.


4. How to File a Warranty Claim:

  • Order or invoice number
  • Device serial number
  • A detailed description of the issue
  • Photos or video (if possible)
  • Log File
  • The case will be evaluated within 2–5 business days, and if approved, the replacement part will be sent free of charge within Saudi Arabia.


5. General Notes:

  • The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
  • The warranty does not cover damage resulting from shipping, incorrect installation, or misuse.
  • Opening or modifying the device by an unauthorized party will void the warranty.


6. After the Warranty Period:

Wayto3D offers all original spare parts and maintenance services at reasonable prices after the warranty period ends to ensure continued efficient operation of your printer.


7. Warranty Cancellation Conditions:

Wayto3D is committed to providing reliable and seamless support. However, the warranty is voided in the following cases:

  • Maintenance or modification performed by an unauthorized party.
  • Using non-original or non-compatible parts for the printer.
  • Manipulating the internal system or factory settings.
  • Operating the printer in a manner not recommended or contrary to the official user manual.

Important Note for Our Customers:

  • We recommend referring to the official troubleshooting steps on the Bambu Wiki website or contacting Bambu Lab support for diagnosing issues.
  • Please do not perform any repair or modification steps before consulting Wayto3D or ensuring they are standard user steps that do not require opening the device or modifying its components or settings.
  • Any unauthorized intervention may void the warranty.
