Customer Agreement: The purchase of 3D printers, laser machines, 3D scanners, filament (printing threads), accessories, and spare parts through our website (www.wayto3d.com) or any of our sales portals is subject to the terms and conditions outlined below. By completing the purchase, you acknowledge and agree to fully comply with these terms.

1. Product Details:

  • Product: 3D printer, accessory device, printing filament (filament), laser machines, 3D scanners, accessories, and spare parts (as detailed on the order invoice issued from the Salla platform or our website www.wayto3d.com).
  • Product Name: Creality, Bambu Lab, or other available products.
  • Model: As detailed in the order invoice from the Salla platform or our website.
  • Condition: New.

2. Prices and Payment:

  • The product is sold for the amount stated on the order invoice issued from the Salla platform or our website in Saudi Riyals.
  • Full payment must be made before receiving the product.

3. Warranty:

Creality Products: Warranty Duration: Two years from Wayto3D directly, which includes:

  • One year from the manufacturer.
  • One year from Wayto3D as an authorized distributor.
  • The warranty covers defects due to manufacturing faults.
  • It does not cover consumables or damage due to misuse or unauthorized modifications.
  • Fast and direct service from Wayto3D to ensure quick resolution of faults.


Bambu Lab Products: Warranty Duration: Two years, including:

  • One year from the manufacturer, Bambu Lab.
  • One year from the authorized distributor at Wayto3D.
  • The warranty covers defects due to manufacturing faults, with direct coverage from Wayto3D throughout the second year.

4. Technical Support:

  • Wayto3D provides comprehensive technical support to the purchaser during the warranty period, including coordination with the manufacturers (Creality, Bambu Lab) when necessary.
  • After-Warranty Support: Wayto3D continues to provide technical support after the warranty period to ensure the product performs optimally.
  • Fast and direct service from Wayto3D to offer quick solutions without third-party involvement.

5. Cancellation and Return:

  • Products cannot be canceled or returned after purchase unless there is a proven manufacturing defect.
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and approved by Wayto3D.

6. Shipping and Delivery:

  • The product will be delivered to the address specified by the customer.
  • Wayto3D will cover shipping costs only in the case of manufacturing defects.
  • In cases of return or exchange unrelated to defects, the customer will bear all shipping costs.

7. Limitations and Exceptions:

  • The warranty does not cover damages resulting from incorrect use, accidents, or disasters.
  • Modifications or maintenance not approved by the manufacturer.

  • Wayto3D reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without prior notice.
  • Any updates will be effective immediately upon publication on the website.

9. Proper Use:

  • The customer must follow the installation and usage instructions accurately.
  • Using unauthorized materials is prohibited, as it may cause damage to the device and void the warranty.
  • The customer will bear any damages resulting from neglect or use of unsuitable materials.

10. Return Policy for Filament or Printing Threads:

  • Filament or printing threads cannot be returned after purchase unless there is a proven manufacturing defect.
  • Customers are advised to ensure the accuracy of the order before purchasing, as we do not accept returns of these products once the packaging is opened or used.
