Integrated Official Warranty Policy for Creality Products – Wayto3D (Saudi Arabia)


This document outlines the unified warranty policy that combines the global Creality warranty with the extended Wayto3D local warranty applicable within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, to provide customers with clear understanding of their rights and obligations.


1. Scope of This Policy

  • Original Creality 3D printers and certified accessories.
  • Products purchased from Wayto3D or authorized Creality sales channels.
  • Any counterfeit, non-original, or serial-number–tampered products are excluded.


2. Official Warranty Policy by Creality

2.1 Global Warranty Duration

  • Complete 3D printer: 12 months.
  • Certain sensitive parts: 3–6 months, depending on classification.
  • Consumable parts and bundled gifts: not covered.
  • The warranty period starts from the date the customer receives the product.

2.2 Examples of Official Warranty Classifications

  • Mainboard, screen, motors, power supply: 12 months.
  • Hotend and extruder assembly: 3 months.
  • UV lamps in resin printers: 6 months.
  • Glass beds and promotional gifts: typically not covered.

2.3 What the Official Warranty Covers

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or assembly.
  • Replacement with a new or refurbished part/unit of equal value.
  • Requires proof of purchase and a valid serial number.

2.4 What the Global Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Damage caused by misuse or improper operation.
  • Unauthorized disassembly, modification, or repair.
  • Use of non-original or incompatible parts and accessories.
  • Damage caused by impact, liquid ingress, or extreme environmental conditions.
  • Normal wear and tear of consumable components.

3. Wayto3D Extended Local Warranty (Saudi Arabia)

3.1 Local Warranty Duration

  • A comprehensive 24-month warranty on the 3D printer and non-consumable electronic/mechanical parts.
  • The warranty period begins from the original invoice date issued by Wayto3D.
  • Covers manufacturing defects only.

3.2 Parts Covered Under the 24-Month Warranty

  • Mainboard (controller board).
  • Power supply unit.
  • Touchscreen / display module.
  • Frame and chassis (internal and external structure).
  • Stepper motors (X/Y/Z).
  • Heated bed PCB.
  • Non-consumable electronic sensors.
  • Belts and pulleys.
  • Communication modules (e.g., WiFi module), where applicable.
  • Internal fixed wiring and cables.
  • Internal camera for models that include this feature.

3.3 Parts Not Covered (Consumables)

  • All nozzle types.
  • Complete hotend assemblies.
  • PTFE tubes.
  • Build plates and printing surfaces (PEI, textured, glass, etc.).
  • Small consumable fans (e.g., sleeve-bearing fans) as classified by Creality.
  • Filament spools and samples.
  • Any part that naturally wears out over time due to normal operation.

Note: Consumable parts may be considered for replacement only when a clear manufacturing defect is identified upon initial receipt of the product and reported within a reasonable timeframe.


4. Alignment Between Creality and Wayto3D Warranty Terms

Globally, Creality typically provides a 12-month warranty on the complete machine and shorter coverage for certain parts. Within Saudi Arabia, Wayto3D extends this to 24 months on all non-consumable covered parts, while preserving Creality’s classification of consumables and exclusions. This means customers in Saudi Arabia benefit from longer coverage while staying aligned with the manufacturer’s original policy.


5. Conditions That Void the Warranty

  • Repairs or maintenance carried out by non-authorized parties or service centers.
  • Use of non-original, counterfeit, or incompatible spare parts.
  • Unauthorized firmware or hardware modifications (including overclocking or unsafe tuning).
  • Physical damage caused by drops, impacts, liquid spills, or overheating.
  • Operating the printer in unsuitable environments (extreme dust, humidity, or temperature).
  • Failure to follow the official instructions and safety guidelines in the user manual.

Important: Opening the device or tampering with internal components without official guidance or authorization may result in immediate voiding of the warranty.

6. Products Not Purchased from Wayto3D

The Wayto3D warranty applies only to products purchased directly from Wayto3D within Saudi Arabia.

An exception may be made if the customer provides an official written approval from Creality that clearly states:

  • The case is accepted under Creality's global warranty.
  • Wayto3D is authorized to carry out the repair or replacement.
  • Which costs (parts, labor, etc.) are covered under that approval.

7. How to Request Warranty Service

To submit a warranty request, the customer should provide:

  • Order number or invoice ID.
  • Printer serial number (S/N).
  • A detailed description of the issue and how it occurs.
  • Photos or videos clearly showing the problem, where possible.
  • Log file(s) for printers that support log export.
  • Contact details (full name, phone number, email address).

Once the required information is submitted, Wayto3D will normally evaluate the case within 2–5 business days and inform the customer of the appropriate next steps (part replacement, repair, or technical guidance).


8. Post-Warranty Support

  • Availability of original Creality spare parts through Wayto3D.
  • Paid maintenance and repair services at fair and transparent rates.
  • Technical support and consultation to help improve and maintain printer performance.

9. Wayto3D Commitment
